Location quite good.
Pretty shabby appearance. Staff not particularly helpful. One woman especially was downright rude. Wireless internet only available in public areas of the hotel at an additional cost of 8 euro per day. Breakfast included and was OK although some toast and perhaps bacon would have been nice, but this only a minor comment.
The staff were quite friendly and helpful in general. The lady at the reception desk on the first day of my stay was not so good, did not understand English so well and made a mistake when setting up my internet.
The bedroom was very basic, there was a smell (odour) in the bathroom and wireless internet could not be operated from my room, so I had to go downstairs in the lobby and pay for this service. In my opinion, this is not a four star hotel.
Very near the station, staff extremely helpful, late check-in no problem. Clean neat rooms.
Not luxury hotel but perfect for those who need basic, clean hotel.
The location was great, right next to all transportation, hotel staff were nice, breakfast good.
You can't have guests in your room at all, my friend came in for one hour and charged him 25 euro, staff a bit lazy at the front desk, not willing to go the extra mile.
The Location to all the sights meant nearly everything was walkable.
This is the second time I have used this Hotel,my only complaint is their reluctance to open the bar. After a long day sightseeing,a couple of drinks in the bar would have been nice.
The hotel has an excelent position, and the breakfast was very good.
The hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about city attractions.
It could do better at keeping the rooms a bit cleaner. And no iron was available to iron my shirts.
Ther is very old and uncomfortable furnicher. The hotel must be reconstracion.
Great location , helpfull staff , good breakfast. The accomodation is not the newest , but so what... Family room 528 was ok. No ballroom , but enough space. Discussion about 3 or 4 stars ? Maybe , but for the price you have paid the service is good.
Staff were supportive
The access to hotel is not clearly mentioned. Room cleanliness, look and feel may be improved. Size of room is very small. Also there is no hand shower in the room.
location (near train station Termini), breakfast, interior design
Is was could in my room (radiator was broken)
Hotel was located centrally, close to transit hubs, and sites. Also one staff member, Alessandro, was most hospitable and helpful with advice and assistance in plotting a walking tour of Rome's sites. The hotel is lucky to have him.
I made hotel choice based on a number of factors including WiFi access. But such access was not functioning properly anywhere in hotel except in the groundfloor public area of the hotel, and I had to pay for that. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known.
Hospitality of the staff and their readiness to assist the guests at any moment. Very professional and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. Beds and bedding is appropriate and comfortable.
Charge for the use of internet connection. The fee is 8 euros regardless of usage (1 hour or 24 hours). This should be fixed since business travelers do not spend much time in the hotel and when they do it's imperative they have affordable internet at their disposal for quick communication. Also, showers could be improved. The shower curtain is not sufficient for the depth of the bath tub since it spills over and creates a mess in the bathroom. The hotel management should find a better solution!
The hotel is in perfect location, close to everywhere. The breakfast was very nice.
noice from the street, the windows were very dirty from outside, you could here the noice from the other rooms(expecially from the bathrooms)
Friendly staff and good location of the hotel.
It was too noisy in the room (single room) because of too thin wall (also because of the door to another room). Also the single room was too dark and not comfortable to work.
